— most opened this month
The practice people come back to on the worst days. It doesn’t ask you to feel better, fix your thinking, or arrive anywhere. It asks you to stay in the room with what’s already true for twelve minutes, and then get up.
00:00
Settling — finding a position you can forget about
02:30
Naming — one word for what’s actually here
06:00
Softening — where the body is holding the day
10:00
Returning — coming back without a conclusion
— how a session works
01
Pick by time, not ambition
Choose the length you honestly have. Three minutes done beats twelve minutes abandoned, and we’d rather you finished.
02
Put the screen down
Every practice is audio-led. Once it starts you can lock the phone, close the laptop, and look at a wall instead.
03
It ends on purpose
A single soft tone, then silence. Nothing queues up next, nothing asks how it went, nothing counts it.
— ambient library
Morning room
Radiator, distant street, one bird. 3 hours.
Rain on stone
Recorded on a courtyard step in March. 4 hours.
Low organ drone
One chord, held, barely moving. 2 hours.
Night kitchen
The hum of a house that’s asleep. 6 hours.
